Due to the current shortage of Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB) in both the international crude oil market and the domestic Chinese market, Chinese LAB producers have simultaneously imposed raw material allocation restrictions on LABSA 96% manufacturers. Consequently, our contracted production partner has been compelled to modify or cancel certain supply agreements with us. This has necessitated adjustments to select contracts where the FOB price was established materially below prevailing market levels.

Following amicable discussions with the manufacturer, we are pleased to offer our valued customers the following two options:

1.Execution at Original Contract Price
We may submit a formal request to the manufacturer seeking approval to honor the originally agreed price. Should such request be granted, we will proceed with performance strictly in accordance with the original contractual terms.

2.Priority Spot Supply for Urgent Requirements
For customers facing immediate and critical shortage, we have secured limited spot availability through the manufacturer. Please note that any such spot allocation will be subject to the revised pricing terms stipulated by the manufacturer.

We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience arising from these contractual adjustments, which are a direct consequence of events constituting force majeure. We are proactively engaging with all affected customers to identify optimal solutions and to navigate these challenging market conditions together.

Furthermore, we wish to state unequivocally that recent statements circulated regarding our company's LABSA 96% sales activities are entirely without merit. While we remain fully dedicated to supporting our partners through this period of pronounced market volatility, we must also firmly reject any opportunistic attempts by certain parties to exploit these circumstances for the purpose of claiming unwarranted or punitive damages.
